A large living room of 45m2 with 4K TV, wifi, dining area, two comfortable sofas, one of which is convertible (17 cm thick mattress, 160 cm wide for greater well-being).
An adjoining kitchen bathed in light which overlooks the garden. It is fully equipped, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine)
A boiler room which includes a washing machine (a clothes horse, an ironing board and an iron as well as a steamer are included), a separate WC.
Upstairs, a small bedroom with a single bed (90 * 190) and storage cupboards.
A slightly larger bedroom with bunk beds and storage cupboards.
The master bedroom includes a 160*200 bed and storage cupboards.
Finally, the bathroom with shower, WC, vanity unit, heated towel rail and storage (plus a hair dryer)
All linen is provided: sheets, towels, placemats and kitchen towels.
This set is completed by a charming little garden with an extendable table where you can have breakfast away from prying eyes, a large parasol and of course a plancha to enjoy delicious shrimp or an incredible rib of beef according to your desires.

Note: The accommodation is not accessible to disabled people, it is a non-smoking area. There is no dedicated parking space but parking is easy on a small street just opposite. It is free.
All the equipment necessary for a baby (bath, high chair, travel cot) is provided.
No parties or evenings, however, family events are possible on condition that the peace and quiet of the neighborhood are respected, especially after 11 p.m.
A security camera is fitted to this accommodation.
